Bio:
Tiffany Ima teaches creative women how to use fitness and self-care to manage depression and improve their overall wellness.
For 15 years, Tiffany was ruled by depressed and controlled by her emotions.
In 2016, she was unable to have healthy interactions and struggled to get out of bed for months. Finally, she got fed up and decided to make a commitment to her wellness and take control of her emotions.
Through prayer and action, she began working out 5-6 days a week, taking time to learn more about herself, and engaging in self-care activities. This ultimately led her to become a certified personal trainer through NASM.
Now, she is on a mission to help creative women learn to manage their moods through exercise and self-care practices.
