[one_half_last]As the largest athletic department in the country, we challenge ourselves to be the leaders in collegiate athletics, both on the court and off. Back in the day, I had a mean jumper on the court. But my role now lies off the court inspiring, developing, and maintaining the visual identity for The Ohio State University Department of Athletics. I challenge a team of designers to think different, think big and think smart. Organization and strategic thinking play a key role in my responsibilities of building relationships with corporate vendors, fostering creative collaboration within units, structuring budgets, directing photo shoots, teaching and developing interns, enhancing creative spaces for effective deliberation, and positioning a successful visual communication plan.
